Shipping & Delivery

SHIPMENTS WITHIN USA
All shipping choices, charges and additional fees etc. are the responsibility of the customer.  If there is an abnormal choice, or if you have been able to choose First Class Envelope and your purchase does not fit your choice with Reasonableness Save My Face, Inc. Customer Service will contact you via email or phone. On the other hand, Save My Face may also contact you if you have overextended and chosen Next Day Air when Ground would have worked out for you.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

At this time Save My Face USA ships to the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada & Japan. “Save My Face!”® Pillows are available from our International Distributors, Amazon and eBay.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & IMPORT FEES
International orders are shipped via USPS and may be subject to customs duties and import fees assessed by your country's customs agency upon arrival. These charges are separate from any taxes collected at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer. The amount varies by country and order value and is determined by your local customs authority — we have no control over these fees. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you have questions about potential charges before placing your order.

BACK ORDERS
If Save My Face runs into a Backorder situation and has not yet listed it as unavailable you will either be contacted and choose to wait for the item, receive a discount on the item that is available or receive an upgrade for a similar item. Backorders can occur during Media Events, or Fabric delays, or any other unforeseen happening.

DELIVERY / PORCH THEFT
Customer is responsible to keep watch for their packages to ensure successful deliveries and receipt of goods. With Porch Thefts on the rise, appropriate awareness, diligence, and investment in Signature Required Service may be necessary. The customer is expected to clearly document this added Service and Save My Face Shipping will show that the request was successfully received, requested, and confirmed by the Carrier. Save My Face, Inc. is not responsible for porch theft.

DAMAGED ITEMS
If a product arrives damaged, or if the contents are missing with visible damage to the box or bag, a claim with the Carrier will be made.  Take a photo of the package, as this will be considered Per Occurrence. In the meantime, arrangements can be made for Replacement Product/s to be sent.
