The Save My Face!” ® Pillow suspends your face when you are sleeping on your stomach or your side. According to the American Academy of Dermatology, sleep lines are one of the main ways the face ages.[1] The average person sleeps for roughly 230,000 hours in their lifetime. You have a third of your life to save your face, rather than wrinkle it because of the unique double crescent design that started as patented and is now trademarked!

There are three main reasons:
- You will look better because your face will not be wrinkled.
- You will breathe easier – your sinuses will be open and less puffiness.
- You will keep consumables and devices on your face. Anything from creams to CPAP devices will stay put.

It’s just physics – if it’s not there, it won’t compress. It suspends your face, so you won’t compress delicate face tissue. Each side has a crescent shape to protect your face whether you sleep on your left or your right side.

Position your ear at the center of the crescent. Your forehead should be supported by the top of the crescent and your chin should be supported by the bottom of the crescent. Your head should be positioned so that your face is suspended in the air and elevated from contact with the sleeping surface. Use it when you sleep on your stomach or side, or you may also use it for extra support when sleeping on your back.

The Le Grand Pillowette* measures 22” long x 15” wide x 5” in height and weighs approximately 15 oz. It may be used by itself, or on top of your favorite sleeping pillow. It is intended for true side sleepers who start out on their side and clench the end of the pillow.
The La Petite Pillowette* measures 20” long x 10” wide x 3” in height and weighs approximately 5.5oz. It is more precise and versatile than the Le Grand. Intended for use on top of your existing pillow, the La Petite feels more supportive and is recommended by chiropractors for cervical support. It may be used for travel, as well as folded in half to create a single crescent, then placed behind the neck.
*We refer to them as “Pillowettes” because they are companions to your existing pillows.

It is new filling. You would be surprised how often pillows on the market today are filled with recycled or used filling. Because we deal with hospitals, we fill with synthetic. It can be machine washed and dried. All pillows are filled with an exclusive synthetic proprietary fiber that is hypo-allergenic with NO flame retardants or chemicals and can be machine washed and dried as often as you like. It is so pure that dermatologists and skincare specialists recommend it! The fill is milled several times to keep it fluffy. We recommend purchasing a new pillow every 4-6 years. All pillows are wrapped in 100% cotton fabric.

Easy Care! All pillows may be machine washed and dried in a mesh bag. We recommend removing the pillowcase from the pillow body allowing the pillow body to fluff up! Tumble dry low until the pillow body is completely dry. When you wash the pillowcase, make sure it is zipped prior to washing so as not to cause damage to the zipper.

- "Processing Time" is defined as the time between when an order is placed and when the order ships.
- Upon receipt of your order, our team works diligently to assemble it as quickly as possible. Our standard order processing time is 2 to 3 business days, excluding weekends, as we are closed on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
- Please note that order processing time may vary during peak seasons or promotional periods. Any delays will be communicated to you promptly.

Please note that once an order has been placed, modifications to the order (such as changing a product, applying a discount code, etc.) are no longer possible. However, we may be able to accommodate an order cancellation request if the order cancellation request was made before 2pm PST on the same business day that the order was placed. If the order was placed on a weekend, we are unable to accomodate order cancellations.

Upon shipment of your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

BACK ORDERS- If “Save My Face!”® runs into a Backorder situation and has not yet listed it as unavailable you will either be contacted and choose to wait for the item, receive a discount on the item that is available or receive an upgrade for a similar item. Backorders can occur during Media Events, or Fabric delays, or any other unforeseen happening.
DELIVERY / PORCH THEFT - Customer is responsible to keep watch for their packages to ensure successful deliveries and receipt of goods. With Porch Thefts on the rise, appropriate awareness, diligence, and investment in Signature Required Service may be necessary. The customer is expected to clearly document this added Service and “Save My Face!”® Shipping will show that the request was successfully received, requested, and confirmed by the Carrier. Save My Face, Inc. is not responsible for porch theft.
DAMAGED ITEMS - If a product arrives damaged, or if the contents are missing with visible damage to the box or bag, a claim with the Carrier will be made. Take a photo of the package, as this will be considered Per Occurrence. In the meantime, arrangements can be made for Replacement Product/s to be sent.

SHIPMENTS TO - Continental USA - Hawaii – Canada All shipping choices, charges and additional fees etc. are the responsibility of the customer. If there is an abnormal choice, or if you have been able to choose First Class Envelope and your purchase does not fit your choice with Reasonableness Save My Face, Inc. Customer Service will contact you via email or phone. On the other hand, Save My Face may also contact you if you have overextended and chosen Next Day Air when Ground would have worked out for you.

Yes. If you require expedited shipping for urgent orders, please select either USPS Priority Mail or USPS Priority Mail Express at checkout. We will not make shipping service modifications once an order has been placed.

“Save My Face!”® Pillows and Pillowcases are returnable within 30 days of the original purchase date. Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
If eligible for a return, refunds will be issued for the product cost only.
To be eligible for return, the items must not be used, laundered, or removed from their original, sealed packaging.
"Used" would be considered:
- Taking the product out of its compression bag.
- Any length of time that you have personally used the product.
- The evidence of any strong scents or odors.
Items listed as FINAL SALE are not eligible for return or exchange.

Pay per order. We do not offer Lay-away or Pre-order Sales. Phone and online orders are paid when you place your order, and the item will ship or be mailed in the order it was received. If you need your order expedited, please select that service when placing your order online or let us know at the time of placing your order over the phone. Once an order is placed we will not make shipping service modifications.
