Refund policy

“Save My Face!”® Pillows and Pillowcases are
returnable within 30 days of the original purchase
date only for orders shipped within the United States.
International orders are not eligible for return.
Please note that customers are responsible for 
all return shipping costs. 

If eligible for a return, refunds will be issued 
for the product cost only and a minimum of 15% restocking charge will apply.

To be eligible for return, the items must not be
used, laundered, or removed from their original,
sealed packaging.

"Used" would be considered:
-Taking the product out of its compression bag.
-Any length of time that you have personally used
the product.
-The evidence of any strong scents or odors.

Items listed as FINAL SALE are not eligible for return
or exchange.
