“Save My Face!”® Pillows and Pillowcases are returnable within 30 days of the original purchase date. Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. 

If eligible for a return, refunds will be issued for the product cost only and may incur a 15% restocking charge after inspection.

To be eligible for return, the items must not be used or laundered.

"Used" would be considered:

• Any length of time that you have personally used the product.
• The evidence of any strong scents, stains or odors.

Items listed as FINAL SALE are not eligible for return or exchange.

Orders shipping outside of the USA are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
