Take Time to Stretch! As my coffee was brewing I plopped myself on the floor on my back, clasped my hands around the back of my head and gently stretched the back of my neck. Then I rolled my legs over my head for a full back stretch. (Yes I will eventually YouTube this) I then went into the bicycle pedal for 50 working up a tad of a sweat and voila! Coffee ready, kinks out, blood flowing and ready for my day! Try it and let me know how you feel!
